Gratitude Flood (3 minutes)
When your mind is spiraling, gratitude snaps your energy up.
Do this:
- Set a 3-minute timer.
- Out loud or in your notes, say/write:
- After the list, put your hand on your heart and say: “Thank You, God, that I am still here, still growing, and still worthy of good things.”
Gratitude tells your nervous system, “We’re safe. We’re provided for.” Your energy shifts almost immediately.
2. Move Your Body + Breathe (5 minutes)
Low energy often isn’t spiritual first, it’s physical. Stagnant body = stagnant vibe.
Do this:
- Put on one song that makes you feel like you.
- For the whole song:
- Add this breathing while you move:
By the end of one song, your body will feel lighter and your mind clearer. Movement tells your spirit, “We’re not stuck.”
3. Word Shift: Speak Life Over Yourself (2–3 minutes)
Your words are frequency. What you say, you sit in.
Do this: Stand in a mirror if you can, look at yourself, and say (even if you don’t fully feel it yet):
- “I am loved.”
- “I am not behind. I am being guided.”
- “I release what’s draining me and receive what’s meant for me.”
- “God’s light is over me, in me, and working through me right now.”
- “Today, I choose peace over panic and purpose over pettiness.”
Say each one slowly. Breathe between them. Let one or two really sink in.
