Talk about it Tuesday
Faith, Health & Leadership Let me ask you something…What if embracing a faith-based approach to your health could actually transform both your personal life and the way you lead? I’ve been thinking about how easy it is, especially in a fast-paced world, to overlook the power of living in alignment with God-given principles. This isn’t just about eating better or feeling better… it’s about holistic success. Mind, body, spirit — all working together. In “The Answer to Cancer,” Terrill Jenkins talks about how dietary changes and spiritual alignment can lead not only to healing, but also to sharper thinking, more energy, and stronger leadership. And what stood out to me is this: it’s not just about avoiding illness — it’s about thriving in every area of life by understanding the emotional and spiritual roots of our well-being. When we take ownership of our health and lean into natural, God-designed living, it impacts everything — how we show up for our families, our teams, and our purpose. Imagine leading with clarity. Showing up with real energy. Making decisions from a place of peace instead of burnout. That’s the kind of leadership we build here in the Lighthouse.Healthy leaders. Grounded leaders. Purpose-driven leaders. So I’m curious — are you ready to shift your approach to health and leadership? To step into a new level of clarity, strength, and vitality? Let’s talk in the comments:What’s one way you’re aligning your health with your faith this week

Storm check
🌊 Lighthouse Storm Check – Midweek Reflection Good morning Lighthouse family. Every lighthouse keeper does one important thing during a storm… They check the horizon. Not to panic. Not to judge the waves. But simply to notice what’s moving. So today we pause for a moment together. Take a breath. Be honest with yourself. Storm Check Questions: 🌧️ 1. What storm are you facing right now? It could be stress, grief, anxiety, exhaustion, or uncertainty. Name it. Storms lose some of their power when we bring them into the light. 🌊 2. How is this storm showing up in your mind or body? Racing thoughts? Heavy emotions? Tension? Fatigue? Just notice. No judgment. 🕯️ 3. What is one small way you can steady yourself today? A walk. Prayer. Deep breathing. Talking to someone who understands. Remember: You don’t have to calm the whole ocean. Just steady your lighthouse. ✨ 4. Where do you see a small light today? A moment of peace. A supportive message. A reminder from God. A tiny bit of hope. Even the smallest light still shines in the storm. 💬 Community Reflection If you feel comfortable, share below: • Your storm • One thing helping you stay steady today Your story might be the light someone else needs. 🌟 Remember: Storms pass. Light remains. And here in this community, no one stands in the storm alone. G.L.O.W. Reminder: God’s Light Overcomes Weakness. Have a great rest of your day on purpose, with purpose… and don’t let nobody steal your glow. ✨

CHECK-IN: DON’T LET THE STORM BR8 U
Some of y’all made it through a week you didn’t even think you had the strength for. Read that again. You’re still here. Still standing. Still glowing… even if it feels dim. ⚓ The Lighthouse Reminder: Storms don’t mean you’re failing… They mean you’re being built. 🕯️ G.L.O.W. Moment (God’s Light Overcomes Weakness): Take 60 seconds right now and ask yourself: 👉 “What did I survive this week that I’m not giving myself credit for?” Don’t skip this. That’s where your strength is hiding. ✨ Friday Action Step: Do ONE thing today that pours back into you: – Rest without guilt – Pray honestly (not perfectly) – Write it out – Sit in silence – Or encourage someone else who’s struggling 💬 Community Check-In: Drop ONE word below that describes your week 👇 (Real answers only. No filters.) 💡 Remember: You are not the storm. You are the lighthouse. And your light? Still guiding. Still powerful. Still needed. — Have a great rest of your day on purpose, with purpose… and don’t let nobody steal your GLOW. 💜🦋

 CHECK-IN: DON’T LET THE STORM BR8 U
3 things that raise your vibration fast
Gratitude Flood (3 minutes) When your mind is spiraling, gratitude snaps your energy up. Do this: - Set a 3-minute timer. - Out loud or in your notes, say/write: - After the list, put your hand on your heart and say: “Thank You, God, that I am still here, still growing, and still worthy of good things.” Gratitude tells your nervous system, “We’re safe. We’re provided for.” Your energy shifts almost immediately. 2. Move Your Body + Breathe (5 minutes) Low energy often isn’t spiritual first, it’s physical. Stagnant body = stagnant vibe. Do this: - Put on one song that makes you feel like you. - For the whole song: - Add this breathing while you move: By the end of one song, your body will feel lighter and your mind clearer. Movement tells your spirit, “We’re not stuck.” 3. Word Shift: Speak Life Over Yourself (2–3 minutes) Your words are frequency. What you say, you sit in. Do this: Stand in a mirror if you can, look at yourself, and say (even if you don’t fully feel it yet): - “I am loved.” - “I am not behind. I am being guided.” - “I release what’s draining me and receive what’s meant for me.” - “God’s light is over me, in me, and working through me right now.” - “Today, I choose peace over panic and purpose over pettiness.” Say each one slowly. Breathe between them. Let one or two really sink in.
