Hi Friends! I wanted to share a little update about The Light Collective. Normally we gather on the first Sunday of each month, but to be completely honest... July knocked me on my ass a little. 😅 It turned into one of those months that asked me to slow down, feel deeply, and move through some unexpected healing. While it wasn't what I had planned, I know it was exactly what I needed. Because of that, we'll be gathering next Sunday, August 9, instead, for a Guided Meditation & Distance Reiki experience. We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you relax, ground, and settle into a beautiful healing space. From there, you'll simply rest and receive while I offer approximately 30 minutes of distance Reiki to everyone joining us. No experience with meditation or Reiki is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself the gift of slowing down, breathing, and receiving. After the month many of us have had, this feels like exactly the kind of space my heart is craving... and perhaps yours is too. I'll have the registration page posted shortly, and I hope you'll join me. 💛

I wanted to let you all know that there will be no Light Collective gathering in July. My sister-in-law will be visiting for a couple of weeks, and I'm choosing to be fully present with family during that time. I truly believe our spiritual practice isn't separate from our everyday lives. Sometimes it looks like meditation or a beautiful journey, and sometimes it looks like slowing down, sharing meals, laughing together, and being present with the people we love. I'll share details about our next gathering later this summer, so keep an eye on the Calendar tab for updates. In the meantime, I'd love to hear from you... Hi friends! I want to share a little story of something that happened to me and the miracle that came with it. If you follow me on socials, you maybe already saw this video, (if you don't, you should 😉 @soulseekerhypnosis on everything). I encourage you to try this mantra and if you do, please let us know how it went. I think for some (myself included), it's not always easy to receive. Even when we think we're open or ready....we may not be. At least this has been my experience. But asking the Universe to help you practice receiving?? What a brilliant way to open up to the miracles the Universe has in store for us. 🩷
