New module: Transaction Coordinator (I don't pay a TC anymore)
New module just dropped 👇 I don't pay a transaction coordinator. I built one inside Claude Code. The night after I got an offer accepted, I opened the deal with it live on camera. One command and the address. In under 10 minutes it had: 📥 Found the contract and every counter in my Gmail 📁 Built the deal folder 📅 Put every contract deadline on my calendar 🚩 Caught a late-close fee hiding in an email, not the contract ✉️ Left 3 day-0 emails in my drafts: the accepted offer timeline to my buyers, inspection options and the lender update Nothing got sent. Every email goes to drafts first. I read them and hit send. The Transaction Coordinator module is live in the classroom. The live deal demo is the first lesson. Inside: → The full walkthrough (about 13 minutes) on a real deal, start to finish. → The Plan Mode prompt. Paste it into Claude Code and it interviews you in 11 short rounds: your state's contract, how your deadlines count, your escrow, lenders and inspectors, your emails in your own words, your forms and your calendar. Then it builds a /transaction-coordination skill for YOUR deals. Don't know an answer? It marks it NOT FOUND instead of guessing a date. → A 2-page How to Use PDF, so you know what to have ready before you start. It's built for any state. It learns your contract from one real deal you give it, counters included. After setup, every accepted offer is one line: /transaction-coordination plus the property address. This is the first piece. The Transaction Coordinator module is where everything a TC does will live, from accepted offer to closing. ✅ Head to the classroom → Transaction Coordinator ✅ Download the prompt and the How to Use PDF ✅ Build it with ONE real executed contract (counters too) ✅ Post your first deal summary (blur the client info) in Wins & Results Do you pay a TC right now, or do it all yourself? And what TC task eats the most of your time? Drop it in the comments. That's what gets built next.

New module: Sellers (the weekly "don't fire me" report)
New module just dropped 👇 Someone in the community asked me for a weekly report to send sellers, @Jessica Martin . I built mine a long time ago and never shared it. So here it is. Some agents call it a "don't fire me" report. Sellers don't fire you over price. They fire you over silence. Mine goes out every Friday. I built it on one of my real listings. At 30 days on market, the report showed 21 showings and 5,500+ online views. The seller saw every number, every week. The Sellers module is live in the classroom. The Weekly Seller Update is the first lesson. Inside: → The full walkthrough (about 18:30). A real report, section by section: your header with your photo, the hero image, an executive summary, online views from Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, Realtor.com and your Lofty landing page, showing feedback, and your listing activities (mailers, Facebook ad impressions, reverse prospecting). → The Plan Mode prompt. Paste it into Claude Code and it interviews you in 10 short rounds, then builds a /weekly-update skill for YOUR listings. Don't know an answer? It marks it NOT FOUND instead of guessing. → A 2-page How to Use PDF, so you know exactly what to have open before you start. Every week Claude asks you the tone first: momentum, hold steady, price repositioning, or custom. Then it writes the summary to match. I paste the page into a private Lofty landing page, and an email with the link goes to the seller Fridays at noon. After setup, it's one line: /weekly-update plus the property address. This isn't just one lesson. The Sellers module is where every seller workflow lives, listing appointment to closing. This is the first piece. ✅ Head to the classroom → Sellers ✅ Download the prompt and the How to Use PDF ✅ Run it on ONE real active listing, not a practice address ✅ Post your first report (blur the seller info) in Wins & Results How often do your sellers hear from you right now? And what seller workflow do you want next in this module? Drop it in the comments. That's what gets built next.

New module: Open Houses
New module just dropped 👇 Every agent has the same stack sitting on their desk right now: open house sign-in sheets nobody ever followed up with. Names, numbers, maybe an email, and then they just sit there because typing them into your CRM one by one takes too long. The Open Houses module is live in the classroom. Inside (for now!): → The full walkthrough: Turn Your Open House Sign-In Sheets Into an Automated Outreach Plan. A real sign-in sheet, handed to Claude Code, comes back as a complete buyer-first follow-up plan: day-0 text, voicemail script, follow-up touches, even a handwritten note. → The Open House Lead Reconnection Prompt, a standalone, copy-paste version that works in Claude OR ChatGPT. No Claude Code required. It interviews you first so every message sounds like YOU in YOUR market, then builds the same kind of plan off any sign-in sheet you give it. → A "How to Use It" quick-start guide, so there's zero guesswork getting started. This isn't just about the one video. It's every AI workflow for before, during, and after your open house, and this is the first piece live. ✅ Head to the classroom → Open Houses ✅ Grab the Reconnection Prompt (or watch the walkthrough first if you want to see it run) ✅ Run it on ONE real sign-in sheet from your desk, not a hypothetical, an actual one you already have ✅ Post the plan it gives you (or the real text you sent) in Wins & Results What's the next repetitive thing in your business you wish someone else could just handle? Can be about anything, not just open houses! Drop it in the comments. That's what gets built next. Ryan

New lesson: The 5 emails you send every week, turned into 30-second templates
Quick math on the emails you already write: - New listing announcement - Open house invite - Price reduction update - Showing feedback request - Buyer-lender intro Five emails × ~15 min each = 95 minutes a week. Over 80 hours a year. On emails you've already written 200 times. Lesson 6 turns those five into reusable templates you customize in 30 seconds flat, written in your voice, with [BRACKET] variables so you can't mess up the swap. → Head to the classroom → Lesson 6 → Run the prompt with your Voice Profile → Drop your cleanest template in Wins & Results so the rest of us can steal the structure (and give you tone feedback) Which of the five emails do you write most? Reply with the number and I'll show you my version.

Social Posts in Module 0 is live 🚀
New lesson just dropped 👇 Most of you are spending 4 HOURS a week writing social posts from scratch. 30 to 45 minutes per post, 5 posts a week. That's almost half a workday. Lesson 5 (Social Posts) is live in the classroom. One listing → five completely different posts (IG, Facebook, Just Listed, Reel script, agent-to-agent) → ten minutes of total work, including the edit pass. It builds on the Voice Profile from Lesson 4. That's the part that keeps the output from sounding like generic AI slop. ✅ Watch it ✅ Run the prompt with one of YOUR listings (don't just watch and nod) ✅ Drop a screenshot of your 5 posts in Wins & Results. I want to see what your Voice Profile produces The agents who are actually running these prompts are the ones who'll have a real edge in the next 12 months. The ones who only watch are gonna keep losing 4 hours a week to a blank text box. Your call. Comments open if your edit pass needs feedback. Ryan
