You’re not “bad at relationships.”
You’re not cursed.
You’re not too much.
You’re just choosing from your wounds instead of your worth.
And that changes everything.
When you don’t know your value…
Chemistry feels like compatibility.
Intensity feels like love.
Breadcrumbs feel like effort.
And potential feels like a promise.
But potential is not commitment.
Attention is not devotion.
And trauma bonds are not soulmates.
Read that again.
The truth?
We don’t choose the wrong men.
We choose what feels familiar.
If chaos feels like home…
You’ll call it passion.
If inconsistency feels normal…
You’ll call it “he’s just busy.”
If you learned that love must be earned…
You will keep auditioning for it.
And you are not an audition.
🌿 So How Do You Stop?
You raise the standard inside yourself first.
You stop asking: “Do they like me?”
And start asking: “Do I feel safe?
Do I feel chosen?
Do I feel respected?
Do I feel peaceful?”
Peace is the new attraction.
You stop ignoring red flags because you’re lonely.
You stop romanticizing potential.
You stop confusing emotional unavailability with mystery.
And most importantly…
You stop trying to convince someone to see your worth.
Because a man aligned with you will not require persuasion.
🌙 You Are Worth More
More than half effort.
More than late night texts.
More than “I’m not ready.”
More than almost.
More than temporary.
You are worthy of: Consistency.
Clarity.
Protection.
Emotional maturity.
Softness.
Security.
Not because you’re perfect.
But because you’re powerful.
