The living Ghost
🎨💔 THE LIVING GHOST An Art & Ritual Journey to Release an Ex Who Is Still Alive You don’t need a funeral to grieve. But you do deserve one. There is a particular kind of heartbreak no one prepares you for… The kind where they’re still alive. Still breathing. Still posting. Still existing. And yet… they are no longer yours. There’s no ceremony. No public mourning. No closure speech. Just you — holding memories like ashes with nowhere to scatter them. The Living Ghost is a guided 6-week art and healing immersion designed to help you grieve, release, and reclaim yourself — without pretending it didn’t matter. This isn’t about bashing your ex. This isn’t about becoming cold. This isn’t about “moving on” overnight. This is about honoring what was real… And finally setting yourself free. 🌿 Who This Is For This program is for you if: You feel stuck thinking about them. You’re grieving someone who didn’t die — but left. You replay conversations in your head. You never got closure. You feel embarrassed that it still hurts. You miss them… and resent them. You don’t recognize yourself anymore. You are not weak. You are grieving an ambiguous loss. And that deserves care. 🖤 What We’ll Do Together This is not a lecture course. This is a guided creative container where art becomes your therapy, ritual becomes your closure, and community becomes your witness. Inside You’ll Experience: 🎨 Guided Art Therapy Prompts Paint your grief. Collage your memories. Create your rage canvas. Design your future self. 🕯 Cord Cutting Ritual (Creative Version) A symbolic and embodied release practice to call your energy back. 🔥 Sacred Anger Work Because rage is not toxic — it is protective. 🌊 Letter Writing + Burial Ceremony You will finally say the words you never got to say. 🌸 Identity Reclamation Work Who are you without them? We will find her. 💫 The 6 Modules Week 1 — The Grief With No Funeral Understanding ambiguous loss & why this hurts so deeply. Week 2 — The Museum of Us Honoring what was without living there forever.

I choose me
I Chose Me I wanted you in the quiet way the ocean wants the moon— pulled without permission, moved without question. I wanted us like a prayer whispered twice, once for hope and once for mercy. I would have built a bridge from every broken piece of me just to reach you. I would have learned the language of your silence and called it love. I stayed longer than I should have, treading water in promises that never learned how to float. Convincing myself that if I loved you harder, we would not sink. But loving you began to feel like drowning— lungs full of almost, arms tired from holding what would not hold me back. And I realized I was disappearing. Becoming softer around the edges, quieter in my needs, smaller in my dreams. I wanted to make it work. God, I did. But I could not save us by sacrificing myself. I could not keep pouring from an empty cup and call it devotion. So I chose me. Not because I stopped loving you, but because I started loving myself enough to breathe. I walked away with salt on my cheeks and strength in my spine. I chose the shore. I chose air. I chose the version of me who refuses to drown for someone who would not swim. And even now, with love still echoing in my chest, I know— Choosing me was the only way to survive.

The Power of Communication in a Relationship
How Words, Ego, and Emotional Honesty Shape Love Healthy relationships aren’t built on perfection — they’re built on communication. The way we speak to our partner, listen to them, and share our inner world determines whether a relationship becomes a place of safety… or a place of tension. Communication is more than talking. It’s the bridge between two emotional worlds. 🌪 What Happens When Communication Breaks Down Poor communication doesn’t usually look like one big explosion — it shows up in small, daily moments: • Assumptions instead of questions • Silence instead of honesty • Sarcasm instead of softness • Defensiveness instead of understanding Over time, this creates: – Emotional distance – Resentment – Feeling unseen or unheard – Loss of intimacy – Repeating the same arguments with no resolution When partners stop expressing themselves clearly and kindly, love can start to feel heavy instead of healing. 🪞 How Ego Gets in the Way of Love Ego in relationships sounds like: • “I’m right.” • “You always…” • “You never…” • “I shouldn’t have to explain myself.” Ego wants to win — not understand. Ego protects pride, not connection. When ego leads, we: – Interrupt instead of listening – Defend instead of reflect – Blame instead of taking responsibility But real love isn’t about being right — it’s about being open. Letting go of ego doesn’t mean losing your power. It means choosing the relationship over the argument. 💬 The Magic of Using Positive Language Words carry energy. The tone you use with your partner shapes how safe they feel with you. Instead of: ❌ “You never listen to me.” Try: ✔ “I feel unheard, and I really need your attention right now.” Instead of: ❌ “You’re so dramatic.” Try: ✔ “I can see this is really important to you.” Positive communication is: • Gentle, not blaming • Honest, not attacking • Clear, not confusing You can express boundaries without being harsh. You can express pain without creating more. ❤️ Why Sharing Your Feelings Is Healthy Communicating your emotions isn’t weakness — it’s emotional maturity.
