What is shadow work? What are your thoughts and/or experiences with shadow work?

Today, during my meditation, I received this message to pass along: "Join forces to strengthen your purpose. See the glee behind it all- from within. Choices make you stand out. Propose good intentions- deliver appropriate messages. Follow your heart with discernment. Capitalize on your nest." Translation: It's time for you to partner with like-minded individuals or businesses to accomplish your mission. Find gratitude within yourself- even when you run into challenging times. Make conscious decisions that reflect your individuality- as this builds upon your reputation. Start and end with positivity, think before you act within any situation. Ask yourself: Is this Appropriate? Helpful? Respectful? Listen to what your heart and intuition tell you, but do it with intention, wisdom, and logic. Be careful not to jump in headfirst! You have a foundation, so don’t eliminate investing your energy into it. In order for it to be more stable, it needs to be protected, nurtured and secure. If this message is you, Go For It!!!
