Hey Bradley Thomas, The ITSM CoOp 🚀
Hi Bradley Thomas! I just explored The ITSM CoOp, love the community you’re building. I have been helping community owners launch High-Engagement Skool communities since last 2 years on skool, and I’ve got a FREE "Full community setup" no-strings attached, just for you. (normally $100). 👉 See the 2‑min rundown & book a slot: Community Launch You’ll get: polished and structured copywriter About Page, AI‑designed icon & cover image, and a launch‑ready community in just 30 min. No pressure, just a smoother launch and tidy backend. (Heads‑up: Some people enjoy the struggle of building a skool community infrastructure from scratch and wouldn't want professional help, so I myself will delete this post in 4 days, and quietly exit if you’re busy (I don't wanna spam or disturb your community, I respect the vibe 🙏). Want to chat later? Just DM “Let’s Build” and I will stay here longer to help later.) Looking forward to helping The ITSM CoOp Grow & shine!⭐ (Explore More) Community Launch

Reporting Readiness — Where Are You on the Journey?
It’s the start of a new month — reporting time for many of us! 📊 Whether you’re building your first dashboard or refining executive summaries, reporting isn’t just about metrics. It’s about understanding what your data is trying to say and helping your organization make smarter decisions. Here are three ways to approach reporting depending on where you are in your journey: 1️⃣ Just Starting — “Start Where You Are” Don’t overthink it. Pick one area that matters most to your team — maybe incident volume, SLA compliance, or backlog trends. Ask yourself: What’s the single metric that would help us have a better conversation next week? Once you know that, start simple. You can always expand later. 2️⃣ Room for Improvement — Adding Depth If you already have reports, look for what’s missing between the lines. A few often-overlooked elements: - Trend comparisons (month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter) - Breakdown by business unit or region - Correlation between volume and satisfaction or response times 3️⃣ Storytelling — Bringing It All Together For those reporting to IT executives, focus on the story behind the data. Answer the who, what, when, where, and most importantly, why. Who is impacted? What’s improving or declining? When did the shift occur? Where are your high or low performers? Why should leadership care? A great report doesn’t just describe—it guides decisions. No matter where you are on your reporting journey, the goal is progress, not perfection. Start small, refine with purpose, and tell the story that drives change. 💬 Which stage are you in this month — starting, improving, or storytelling?
