The "We already have an agent" Objection
1 - I understand. Just out of curiosity...what do you think they'll do differently this time around when submitting your next offer? Do you expect a different result with the same approach? Doesn't it make sense to see your BEST option rather than the most convinient one?
2 - The Agent that sold you the house...I completely respect wanting to feel comfortable
with a professional, that's pretty important, isn't it? That's exactly why we need to meet. With a decision this big you owe yourself a second opinion...this way you'll know...100% you're on the right path.
3 - Is owing somebody a favor worth throwing away thousands of dollars and lost time?
4 - Are you looking to do a friend/ family a favor, or are you looking to receive the best service and results possible... for your family?
