If you consistently do good things, the small, monotonous activities will slowly build a mountain of success.
The key words here are "consistently": doing it all the time...
and "eventually".
You won't see much effect from your discipline of doing positive things every day at the start, the first few weeks, months and even years for the massive growth.
It's the consistent reps that you put in, the follow up calls, small tasks you do every day that create the foundation to build a castle on.
The bigger your dreams and goals are, the larger and deeper the foundation must be. Don't give up too soon.
This can be seen in the power law shapes of the curve. At the start, nothing much will happen, the line is relatively flat. If you persistently pushing it in the right direction, hopefully there will be an exponential cut off point on the curve where things will gain momentum and your life will roll a way the way that you wanted. Which way it rolls depends on which way you have pushed all these years :-).
