Distortion feels like this ~
Heavy, controlling and demeaning. It’s shrinking and silencing self to fit within the constructs of social norms and cultural expectations. It’s the need to be accepted, loved and seen. It’s activating codes of survival as opposed to thriving. The thing is, we were not created to be small. We were not created to be like everyone else. And we were not created to simply survive. We are created to live the divinity we are. To activate the codes lying dormant so we can live the reality most in alignment with our divine blueprint. My question to you is ~ what are you settling for? The appeasement and acceptance of others? Or, are you aiming for the embodiment of the divinity you are?

Distortion feels like this ~
Initiation and Embodiment
The journey of discovering self is can feel overwhelming at times. For me, it has been a combination of feelings ~ like a roller coaster ride 🎢 of emotion. There are days where inspiration and insight flow, while other days feel heavy and intense. All the feelings matter ✨. Every bit of what is felt has purpose for the process. I had to learn to be easy with myself - which honestly, was tough in and of itself. Mostly, because I was conditioned to ‘man up’, push through, keep doing ⚒️ . The thing is, part of initiation is learning to love yourself ~ all parts. Even the ups and downs of emotion. Feel it all. These emotions belong to you and they deserve to validated and honored, as a sacred part of your becoming. 💞

Parenting is not a part time or even full time job, its a 24/7 commitment
Parenting isn’t part-time. It’s not even full-time. It’s a 24/7 job—and most of us are trying to balance it alongside careers, bills, relationships, and the thousand other things pulling on us. Somewhere in the middle of all that… we forget. We forget who we are. We forget what we need. We forget that we’re more than a caretaker for everyone else’s lives. And here’s the truth nobody talks about: If you disappear inside the role of “parent,” you’re not actually showing up as the fullest version of yourself for your kids or for you. Does this sound like you❓ Drop a comment ~ let’s talk about it 💞
