1. Im much more aware of the value i offer and thus more comfortable stating my higher desired price. 2. Im not uncomfortable or scared anymore about stating my price 3. The fact that I'm the only one in my local market to offer consulting in addition to the software justifies my higher prices.

This seems obvious but today it landed with me: client doesn't care about me, my accomplishments that I have been avoiding to share thinking I am boring or whatever.. they do care about the change I can guide them trough 2. Internal pressure is them realising consequences themselves. 3. Calculating the cost of staying the same is not just a saying.
