I have aphantasia. At first, I doubted my ability to create mental imagery when prompted. I need not have worried. In early sessions, I mixed lived experience into the set up part of the journey. Over time, the journeys and channeling have expanded into a practice. Reaching a relaxed visualising state is easy and full of surprises. Automatic writing has also developed. These are great tools for creative practice. And bonus! I have a wealth of fresh and original material that inspires me.

More Than a Community — It Became Part of My Journey. I joined The Infinite Soul in February 2026, and what began as curiosity became a beautiful part of my journey. Through meditations, channeling, Soul Journeys and this supportive community, I've learned to explore, trust myself and listen within.
