I have someone who has requested to join my community from watching my (brand new) You Tube channel. YAY! The only thing is that even though she definitely fits the expat profile, she is not a mum, and my community is specifically for expat mums. I feel bad turning her away, not only because she is clearly struggling with belonging and identity, and also, I'm just starting out, so turning people away feels odd. That said, my gut is telling me that the integrity of the community and my 'authority' in leading our members should be the ultimate priority. Before I very gently turn her away, I'd love your thoughts! Thank you! 🙏
