💎 Get more from your membership — Your monthly progress review
Your membership should help you do something useful with your training. Here is how to turn the classroom and community into progress you can see. PICK ONE FOCUS FOR THE MONTH Choose a training habit, a movement skill or a question you want to understand. Start with the open foundation courses, then follow the classroom roadmap. USE THE WEEKLY LOOP Set a realistic intention, practise one thing and review what happened. The pinned Weekly Quest Board has Monday / Wednesday / Friday prompts. You can participate on the days that fit your schedule. YOUR MONTHLY REVIEW — COPY THIS My focus this month: What I actually practised: One lesson I applied: One change I noticed: One contribution or conversation that helped: My next focus: One thing I’d like clarified or improved here: Post your review in Wins/Progress. Progress can mean more consistent sessions, a better decision, clearer technique or greater confidence—not just a heavier lift. GET A MORE USEFUL ANSWER In Questions, tell us your goal, relevant training context, what you’ve tried and your specific question. For an access problem, tell Hutch which course or resource isn’t opening. Keep payment details and private health records out of public posts. WHAT YOUR $5 MEMBERSHIP IS FOR Training education, classroom resources, peer discussion, shared check-ins and progression challenges. Full personal training, individual programming and guaranteed reply times are not included promises. Tensor Strength is a separate service; earned Level 5 and Level 10 months follow their reward-page claim steps. HELP SHAPE THE CIRCLE If something is confusing, missing or isn’t helping, say so in Questions or contact Hutch. Specific feedback gives us something useful to improve. You don’t have to pretend everything is perfect to belong here. Your next action: pick one focus and share the first step. 👊 — Hutch

🎯 The weekly quest board — Build your streak
Build a week you can repeat. Start one post in Quests & Check-ins titled “My weekly quest — [name] — [week of date]”. Return to that same post through the week so your plan, practice and review stay together. MONDAY — SET YOUR INTENTIONS My realistic training target: One classroom action I’ll apply: One obstacle and my backup plan: My next small step: WEDNESDAY — TECHNIQUE & LEARNING One movement or idea I’m practising: What I tried: What I noticed: My specific question: Optional: a short technique clip with the exercise, load/reps and what you want feedback on. Share only footage you’re comfortable making public. No max attempt is needed. FRIDAY — WINS & LESSONS Training completed / planned: One thing I learned: My win this week: What I’ll adjust next week: Someone whose contribution helped me: Train, learn and contribute at a pace that fits your life. These are prompts, not attendance requirements or promises of live coaching. Join in on different days if needed. RECOGNITION INSIDE THE CIRCLE First Week Complete: introduce yourself, apply one Level 1 action and post a check-in. 4-Week Milestone: complete four weekly reviews and share what changed in Wins/Progress. Circle Contributor: celebrate someone who welcomed a newcomer, asked a thoughtful question or gave useful support. Mention their contribution in your Friday review. These are community milestones you share in posts, not automatic platform badges or extra paid benefits. Strength numbers and popularity don’t decide who belongs. YOUR PERSONAL STREAK One completed weekly review = one week on your own consistency streak. Record Week 1 → Week 2 → Week 3 → Week 4 in your post. A missed week doesn’t erase what you learned. Return, adjust and keep going. Planned recovery counts as following your plan. POINTS, LESSONS & SKILL ARE DIFFERENT Skool points come from likes on your posts and comments. Lesson checkmarks track lessons you mark complete. Your training log and completed actions show your practice. This board does not automatically award points, verify skill or activate rewards. Give likes for useful contributions; don’t trade likes or post just to farm points.

👋 START HERE — Welcome to Hutch’s Inner Circle
Welcome to the Circle! You don’t need elite numbers to belong. Bring effort, curiosity and respect. MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY Control → stability → strength → power → expression. I want you to understand why you train, build confidence and learn to make your own decisions. Learn control and bracing, build stable positions, develop strength, then apply it through power and athletic skill as you are ready. Purposeful variations, honest effort and recovery guide the process. YOUR TRAINING RHYTHM Push → Lower Body Pull → Upper Body Pull → Legs. Rest when needed, then continue with the next session. No fixed workout weekdays. Recalibrate loads to RPE when you change a variation, and end sets when technique breaks. Log the variation and the reason for your choice. YOUR FIRST WEEK — THREE SMALL WINS 1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF: Post in Introductions with your experience, main goal and biggest obstacle. Share only what you’re comfortable making public. 2. LEARN AND APPLY: Open Classroom → Level 1 — The Beginning. Complete the welcome lesson and one practical action. Take the rest at your own pace. 3. CHECK IN: Post in Quests & Check-ins using this template: My training goal: One action I completed: One thing I learned: My next small step: One question for the Circle: Your first-week win is completing these three steps—not lifting a particular weight. Recovery, adapting a session and starting again all count as progress. OUR COMMUNITY CHECK-IN RHYTHM MONDAY — Set your training intentions and one learning goal. WEDNESDAY — Bring a technique question or share something you’re practising. FRIDAY — Share a win, a lesson and your next adjustment. These are discussion prompts, not workout-day assignments. Use the pinned Weekly Quest Board for the full templates. Join in when your schedule allows. FIND YOUR WAY Introductions: meet the Circle. Questions: ask with enough context for a useful answer. Quests & Check-ins: plans, practice and weekly reviews. Wins/Progress: celebrate consistency, learning, technique and strength.

Learn it. Train it. Explain it. Your upgraded member path
The Inner Circle is built around skills you can use. Start in Level 1 with MEMBER MAP | Your practice passport. Choose one goal, one suitable program and one question you want to answer. STANDARD • $5/month Use the foundation path and existing program tracks. Level 3 now has a real-workout lab: record a baseline, repeat the work, test one sensible change and review it. Follow Push → Lower Body Pull → Upper Body Pull → Legs, resting as needed. The lab uses your program's workouts; it does not add extra sessions. Level 6 now includes flexible food planning, two three-day meal-prep plans, omnivore/plant-based options, shopping guidance, safe storage and six questions with explained answers. Prepare one meal, review cost/convenience and make the next batch better. PREMIUM • $7/month Ten advanced courses, 11–20, are now in the Classroom. Study anatomy, training science, assessment, program design, strength, muscle growth, calisthenics, performance and recovery. Each course has a practical lab and questions with an explained key. Finish with a programming portfolio. Independent supplementary study support—not an accredited certification. Use your chosen provider's official syllabus too. YOUR QUEST THIS WEEK Pick ONE: complete a planned session, practise a cue, prepare a meal or answer a lesson question without notes. Post in Quests & Check-ins: My plan: What I tried: What I noticed: What I will repeat or change: Then give one member a thoughtful question or useful explanation. Skool points recognise activity under the platform's rules. Your practice passport records what you can explain and apply. Course numbers and Skool ranks are separate. Control → stability → strength → power → expression. Bring curiosity, practise with purpose and help each other improve. — Hutch
