Welcome to The Human Systems Lab 🧪
Whether you're inside as an employee or outside as a consultant, you belong here simply because you know the gap: the distance between what an organization or leader says they are committed to and the infrastructure to hold it. You feel that gap in your body before you can name it.
This is the room where we close it, together, by putting the human back into systems change.
This is a lab on purpose. We experiment in real time, we build infrastructure instead of only intentions, and we tell the truth about the gap between what our orgs or the clients we serve say and what their systems do.
I am building this community out loud, with you, as part of my 2026 Summer of Experimentation. 🤓
So you are not joining something finished. You are helping to shape it!
