On a roll...
Y'all I did a breathwork presentation for a volunteer thing at work and it went great!!
I published the podcast episode!
And then I was sitting here crying bc a lady that I was trying to help in my day job as an RN care manager screamed at me and hung up the phone. My body was like "nah man we gonna freeze" and my energy has been zapped to super low.
So like I heard Micah say in the sandbox, just make a post to see if you even like coaching. For me, it's group coaching. When I was in my cert program, I couldn't stand doing group coaching bc I didn't know what to do with more than one person. Now after watching a lot of free/paid workshops, I wanna try it out.
So I threw up a post in a few Facebook groups. I was real and raw and so tired of the shit from today -- and people actually responded!!! 😮 what??
