How you usually like to cook potatoes?
The only thing i tried is to is to boiled on hot water without peeling the skin, because the skin is good to absorb the salt and makes the potatoes more firm. I also only tried to boiled with chouchou, a vegetable i don't know if anyone here knows, but it kinda have a dull taste and firm texture that is good to mix with potatoes. It is a very simple recipe, you cook until you feel the texture is on point.
The only other combinations i had know is to bake with meat and pour meat sauce on the potatoes.
