Wednesday is Mercury Day. The perfect day to tap into the power of expression and communication.
Tonight, Wednesday at 6 PM EST will be our Holistic Roundtable discussion focused on “Embodying the Healed Masculine Energy.”
You will the opportunity to speak what’s on your heart and discover new ways to balance your energy.
(*Normally we meet on Thursdays however Fourth of July will be Thursday so we moved to Wednesday)

  1. BREATHWORK & MEDITATION - Every day during the challenge, I will be posting a daily breathwork video and meditation from YouTube along with a daily journaling prompt. Share in the comments section of this post how your daily meditation went for you and your daily reflection of the journaling prompt. (This will give you +2 points)
  2. SCHEDULE - At the end of every day, simply post a screenshot of your schedule planned for the next day (tomorrow) + your desired daily goal + 1 aligned action step you are taking to move toward your goal (Another +2)
  3. DAILY REFLECTION - Comment on your own thread with how the day ACTUALLY went. What were you able to complete? What distractions got in your way? What progress were you able to make? (+1 point)
  4. WEEKLY REVIEW - At the end of the week on Friday, celebrate your weekly progress, insights, and results. Share what practices are working best for you. (+1 point)
  5. DETOX - At least once a week do one of the following activities: 24-hour phone detox, 24-hour water fast, or 3 hour solo walk without phone. Post what insights came through. (+1 point)
  6. ASK FOR SUPPORT - Post a question about something that you’ve been struggling with (+1 point)
  7. GIVE SUPPORT - Comment on someone else's post and help them out (+1 point)
  8. SCHEDULE A CONNECTION - Share your gifts with a brother within the group (+1 point)
