I am grateful for each one of you for showing up for yourself and committing to your healing and growth each day.
I am feeling called to commit deeper to A Course In Miracles as a result of this challenge and will be sharing every day a Lesson of the Day from the book.
Additionally, I am feeling called to create my own Guided Breathwork & Meditation Journeys that can be accessed at any time, and I am working on an upcoming Holistic Lifestyle Mastermind Retreat in Colombia which will take place in the beginning of December.
Here is Lesson 31 from ACIM
This Rising I was reminded by the importance of not taking things personally and being able to witness my life from an impersonal lens.
A sense of ease and peace entered my being through my practice, and I realized how the drama of my external world is really a creation of my internal world, and I have the ability to shift what is happening internally.
