🕊️ If You’re Not in Crisis, But Struggling
Here are some ways to ground yourself until you can reach support:
- Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6.
- Name 3 things you can see, 2 things you can touch, and 1 thing you can smell — to come back to the present.
- Write down what’s happening in your body right now — sensations, not stories.
- Reach out to someone you trust, or post in The Healing Room with the tag #supportneeded so a moderator can check in.
Reminder: You are not alone.
Needing help does not make you weak — it means you’re human, and your nervous system is asking for safety.
With love,
The Alchemist Ri🕊
