How do i fix one of my eye being a little down

i kind of feel disturbed how 1 of my eye is a little down. Also my chin is so fucking cooked its not even funny. im gonna get a surgery to fix it as soon as i can afford it. I've been trying out different Postures to see which one would make my chin stand out a little less.. and this is the one i found okay. but my forehead is so backwards its not even funny. i'm just so cooked bro, fixing my chin better help 😭✌️ i have pretty "okay" face from the front if i just fix my eyes. but sides i look so damn ugly its not even funny. oh yeah pls ignore the hairstyle for now im working on it. i would like some recommendations on hair too. i like a lil long or messy hair but idk what fits my headshape
