The Problem New PTs Face
The Real Problem New PTs Face (It’s Not Knowledge):
Most new PTs don’t struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because they lack:
- Confidence
- Structure
- Guidance
- Real-world experience
They finish qualifications knowing what exercises exist, but not:
- How to run a session smoothly
- How to adapt on the fly
- How to handle real clients with real problems
- How to build consistency
This creates anxiety, overthinking, and eventually burnout.
👉 The problem isn’t effort.
👉 The problem is no system and no mentor.
