The Same 24 Hours In the Day?
"We all have the same 24 hours in the day," they say.
But do we?
The CEO spends their time setting the strategic direction of corporate divisions containing thousands of people, while the single mother spends her time chasing kids, working for wages, and doing laundry.
No judgment on the single mother. In fact, she works much harder than the CEO, but she is not able to have as much impact.
Both have 24 hours in a day, but some have more leverage on their time than others.
Why are some people able to live the Four Hour Workweek, making 7-figures in four hours a week, while others work 15 hours a day and barely scrape by?
The answer is leverage.
It's not about how much time you have.
It's about how you use it.
The CEO and the single mom both have the same 24 hours in the day, but the single mom deploys 24 hours of work and rest, while the CEO deploys 24,000 hours of work at their command.
If you'd like to learn how to have more leverage in your business, might I suggest you join me and Brandi Cox tomorrow morning at 11 AM Eastern for the No Touch Tech Info Session, where you will learn how to effectively and affordably delegate your tech.
🤷‍♂️ You May Not Have 1,000 Employees, But...
You may not be the CEO with a team of Vice Presidents to execute your vision, but you can be the CEO of your company.
Many people thinks CEOs are overpaid because they don't seem to do any real work.
They don't assemble widgets on the assembly line.
They don't create reports.
They don't design marketing campaigns.
They don't do anything!
What they do is they direct all the people who do the things, and if you don't think good direction is important, try driving through an intersection when the power is out and the traffic light isn't working.
😅 You're Not a CEO If You Do It All Yourself
How do you get big company CEO leverage without big company CEO budgets?
You must delegate strategically.
Find the areas of your business where you are the weakest, the areas where you spend the most time (and frustration) to get the result, and have someone else do it for you.
For most entrepreneurs I know, that area is tech.
If you're not naturally techy, if you don't think like a computer, then anything around creating automations, building funnels, creating web sites, making landing pages will be incredibly frustrating, time consuming, and exhausting.
And you shouldn't do it.
Tech is also the least personal part of your business. No one will feel less connected to you because you delegate the technology.
In fact, they may feel more connected, because you can spend more time making authentic, engaging content, and less time arguing with computers to deliver that content.
🤖 How to Delegate Your Tech
Now you're probably wondering how to delegate it, who to delegate it to, and what it will cost.
All of that will be answered for you tomorrow at 11 AM Eastern in Brandi Cox's No Touch Tech info session.
Actually, the who is answered right now. Brandi Cox and her team can take care of it for you.
The how really boils down to "Tell her what you need and her team will do it for you."
And what it costs is "Less than you think, more than you'd like, and a lot less than you're losing doing it yourself."
Register now to join us tomorrow and learn how to stop spending your time on the lowest leverage activities to become the CEO of your business.
