I'm Donita. I spent 12 years building a boutique coaching business, with 7 of them as a coach myself. I've done online coaching, one-on-one coaching and group coaching. And in the beginning, I didn't exceed expectations. I made a lot of mistakes, and I didn't build a community around me. There are things I wish I had done differently. The Guild Co was created because of that. A community for women who want to feel like they are making a difference.
