Okay. It's done. I've been heads down on this for weeks — building it, breaking it, testing it on a completely fresh Mac like I was a new member who just bought it. Yesterday I sat there and watched it edit one of my own reels start to finish without me touching anything, and honestly that was the moment I knew it was ready. So here's what you're getting. You give it your raw footage. It cuts the dead air and the flubbed takes (you don't even have to mark them — it finds them), puts word-timed captions on, adds animations where your sentences actually call for them — a stat becomes a stat pop, a 3-step process becomes a journey graphic — and renders your finished video. On your Mac. No editing software, no timeline, no watermarks. The thing I care about most: it shows you its plan before it renders and it checks its own work after. You'll see a table of every beat — what you say, what's on screen — and you approve it before anything renders. Then it runs quality checks and tells you the truth about each one. If something failed, it says failed. I've used enough AI tools that say "done!" and hand you garbage. This one doesn't. To start: Classroom → The AI Editing Engine → lesson 1. Download the zip, open it in Claude Code, and literally just say "set up my editing engine." Takes about 5 minutes. Then say "run the demo edit" and it'll cut a real reel in front of you in about 6 minutes so you can see the whole thing work before you record anything. Few honest things so nobody's surprised: You need a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) and your own Claude Code subscription. Windows isn't supported yet — it's coming as a free update, but I'm not going to pretend it works today. Your first edit of your own footage is the slowest one — there's a one-time download and warm-up, so give it up to an hour and just let it run. Every edit after that is 30-40 min for a full reel, and small changes take about 2 minutes. An editor charges me 2-3 days and real money for the same thing, so I'm okay with 35 minutes.
