Permaculture Design - Urban Example
Hi All, happy to join the group. I want to share an example of a design/implementation I'm working on. The design is for my place in Ocoee (shared as a jpeg, hopefully it comes through clear - you should be able to read the plant list). It's biochar focused; I submitted it to the PINA contest.
I snapped a picture of a rainbow the other day. Pretty cool, huh? To orient yourself to the design, these photos are looking E-SE and the mulberry underneath sprouting the rainbow has loquat to it's left (N) and moringa and Chaya to the right (S) - that's the large bed in the design between the two rain gardens. Also pictured: velvet beans climbing a tree, sweet potatoes, sea spinach, root beer plant.
