The Loom is a facilitated reflective container. These agreements help keep the space steady, emotionally safe, and growth-oriented for everyone.
Please read through and take a moment to consciously agree to these before participating.
🧵 1. Speak from Your Own Experience
Use “I” statements. Share from your lived experience rather than offering general advice or commentary.
🧵 2. No Fixing, Rescuing, or Advising (Unless Invited)
This is not a space for coaching each other. We witness. We reflect. We trust each person’s capacity to navigate their own life.
🧵 3. Respect the Time Container
Shares will be timed to ensure everyone has space. I will gently keep us on track. This is an act of care, not interruption.
🧵 4. Confidentiality Matters
What is shared in The Loom stays in The Loom. This builds trust and depth.
🧵 5. Attend Clear and Present
Participants are asked to attend sessions sober and mentally present. This supports clarity and respect for the container.
🧵 6. This Is Not Therapy or Crisis Support
While meaningful emotions may arise, this space is designed for reflective life design and integration. If you are in active crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.
🧵 7. Participation Is Encouraged, Not Forced
You may pass during sharing rounds. Engagement deepens the experience, but perfection is not required.
✨ The spirit of this space:
We gather to consciously design our lives. We honor structure. We honor reflection. We honor momentum.
