I’m Still Standing: The Gratitude Poet
Finding gratitude throughout life’s journey.
I don’t sit down to invent poetry or arrange rhyming couplets on a page. The poetry is already written into the lives we live — our quiet triumphs, unexpected heartbreaks, messy middles, and the ordinary days in between.
Calling this space I’m Still Standing is a testament to who we are:
- Resilient, scarred, stubborn, and profoundly strong.
- Survivors of seasons that tried their best to knock us down.
- People who know that gratitude isn’t about pretending the hard moments never happened.
- A community honoring the whole messy story.
- A place where there is plenty of room to laugh at the sheer absurdity along the way.
Some days the good stuff sits right on the surface. Other days, you have to look a little deeper just to spot a flicker of light. That’s why we’re here.
This community is a quiet place to pause, breathe, notice, and practice standing tall together.
