Peace family, I’ve noticed patterns about myself. Now it’s time to break out of them. I have a tendency to start and love it, just when I face an obstacle I get scared and turn away. But the thing about self work is it’s constant, there’s no off days. Rest is not an off day lol, peace is not an off day. Everything I experience is from my own doing, even the “bad” things. I like to put it, I’ve been stuck in the teenage phase, thinking I’ve made it by achieving a couple things. Once I make a mistake my belief was that I couldn’t continue. Now I know that the only one stopping me is me, once I mess up I have to keep going and give myself grace about the mistake. Thank you sisters for being a constant reminder of consistency!
