Master Key Techniques
Recently in my training I have been working on a technique thats designed to block and attack against a round house punch also known as a hook punch. This technique is called 5-swords it is a ridge hand technique in American Kenpo. For American kenpo this technique is also considered a master key meaning once you have it down you can improvise other movements with it as you see fit. My question for everyone in the community is within their own arts have they discovered a similar master key framework? I am curious to see what others have to say on the subject. Have a great week.

Arm and Body pounding, conditioning drills in martial arts training.
Here is a general question for everyone. How many of you have either seen a demonstration of, or participated in a form of body, arm pounding style conditioning as a part of your martial arts training?
