Don't over complicate it
Just because your doing monk mode doesn't mean that you need a 13 step, 2 hour long morning routine.
Here's my Monk Mode Morning Routine:
3:55 - Wake Up
4:05 - 3 Minutes of Meditation
4:10 - 20 pushups
4:12 - Make Coffee
4:20 - Do Morning Pages while Drinking Coffee
4:40 - Work block 1
5:30 (Most Days) Get Ready, (Thur and Fri) Coffee break 2
Simple,
50 minutes,
5 tasks
Easy to remember
East to do
Prepares me for the day.
