Part 1 — 30–40 Hz
For this exercise you might still feel before you hear a note.
You might notice pressure, vibration or movement.
Let this sweep pass through your body because this range feels more grounding and heavy.
Part 2 — 40-50 Hz
This range starts to become more audible. More known as a bridge between body-felt sound and audible bass. but as the frequency changes you should focus on when the note becomes clear.
When you find it, that’s the spot.
I like to call this the spot of rising emotion.
