Ritual III of The Morning Field is now in the archive for anyone who couldn't make it live, or for anyone who wants to sit with it again on their own time.
For those who were there — thank you. Holding that field together at sunrise is one of the most quietly powerful things we do in here. Three rituals deep and the field is already growing teeth. You can feel it.
For those new to The Morning Field — we gather every Tuesday at 7am for breathwork, movement, prayer, and chanting. Held inside a scalar container with active tensor ring tech and Frequency Charged™ devices anchoring the room. Headphones strongly recommended.
The full archive lives in the Morning Field library. Drop in whenever you need it. You don't have to wait for Tuesday to return to the field.
A few prompts for integration if it's useful:
- What did you notice in the body before the breath began
- What moved through during the breathing portion
- What did you find in the silence at the end
- What do you carry forward into today
