Wow!
I JUST started doing kria Yoga (today) after many years of not doing it. I meditate and do somatic breathing pretty regularly but I hadn't realized how out of shape I was exactly! Ha ha. I'm going to keep it up because I remember how good I felt all those years ago when I did it regularly! Hope you all are well!
