I JUST started doing kria Yoga (today) after many years of not doing it. I meditate and do somatic breathing pretty regularly but I hadn't realized how out of shape I was exactly! Ha ha. Looking back on some of my posts thoughts lessons etc although some rather recent it seems i have a sense of awe. I hold compassion & understanding for this other version of me but also wonder how I didn't see or understand certain things. Heh heh. Hindsight is always 20/20 though right !? In this physical simulation that we live in things can seem so unclear at times and although I am 50 yrs old still learning & growing which imho we continue doing always. Hopefully. 😁 I am also aware that there is only the present moment. Only... What IS. And that we are all ONE. It's been a beautiful journey and I sincerely hope that all of you reading this are doing excellent. I have hope for humanity like never before because II see it all in a different light.
