My name is Julie, I am from a small town in Central Jutland, Denmark.
I’m a mom, homemaker, and full time retail employee. Since I gave birth almost 3 years ago I have gained some (too much) fat. I wish to loose around 10 kgs. I am realistic in the way that I don’t have to see the -10 on the scale, as long as I feel happy and confident in my body. It is more important for me to recomp my body from fat into muscle, than to see the numbers drop. I am currently focussing on lifting weights and building strength, but I feel kinda stuck now.
A fun fact about me: I hate dancing, but I have a habit of dancing when I am happy 😅🤷🏽♀️
