Today I start fresh
What’s going on everyone! I am Zack Martin and I have found myself deep in the slump of everyday life and going through the motions. I was blessed to get that office job and enjoy the slower demand on my body at work but that comes with a cost I learned. I have put on more weight than I would have guessed from leaving the hard rigorous work in construction to sitting at a desk. I refuse to settle with the “this is me now” mentality and I am going to start now to do better for my family. We got this guys!
