Sup guys! Just wanted to share a little about me. I went to college with gage way back when. I struggled with some serious drug issues, eating disorders, and drinking. I was going no where in life. About 10 years ago I met my wife and we have had 2 daughters together now. And this three girls have made me change who I am down to my core. I went from pills, drinking, and other stuff to where I am getting up everyday at the crack of dawn to go work, I still go work out after work, and spend time with them. I got into the trades because of my wife and I haven’t looked back. I got into Jiu jitsu because of my family and train as hard as I can for them. I have dropped a lot of weight because I want to be the healthiest I can be for the longest amount of time, so that I can be in their lives as long as possible. I have recently lost quite a bit of weight so that I can prove to myself and my family that if I can take care of myself, even with a hectic schedule, that I can take care of them. Just how they take care of me. One thing I know is having the right people in your corner helps just as much as self confidence. Gage is one of those guys that will push you to be a better person. He has some good insight on mental and physical health. But don’t let life get in the way, don’t make excuses, and keep pushing, keep going, and keep getting back up 💪
