60-90 seconds
1. Stand up (or sit tall). No perfect posture, just out of the slumped, collapsed position.
2. Shake it out (20-30 sec) literally.
Hands. Arms. Shoulders.
Like you’re flicking water off.
Feels a bit stupid, good. That’s how you know you’re not overthinking it.
3. One proper breath (20 sec) in through the nose
Out through the mouth, slow.
And at the end of the exhale - just pause for a second before the next inhale.
4. Lock back in (20 sec) pick one thing you’re doing next.
Not five. Not the whole day.
Just the next move.
Flow Note.
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from clearing what’s in the way, then choosing one move.
