The Awaken Program offers consistent support and accountability to help awaken you to your inner strength. With 3 weekly workouts that focus on combat & fighting movements, you will see yourself transform into the strongest and most capable version of you.
The Refine program takes it all to another level. With the strengthening of your mind and body you also have this opportunity to wield yourself into a weapon. We have a rotating combat training schedule that focuses on all areas of self defense and scenario based learning. This training cadre will meet once a week to compound and practice skills.
