@Samantha Davis I hear you on the hormones thing! I’ve been going through a lot of physical transition over the last half of the year. Trying to be patient with my body but it’s gets difficult. 😅
I feel like I’m in a rut w nutrition for my body specifically. My body has gone through a lot since October and I’ve put on about 10-15 extra lbs. I wasn’t thinking about my body for a while but now I feel like I think about It a lot bc of the extra weight. I don’t want to obsess over my body in that way. That’s an old part of me.
