This month we are going to be pushing ourselves every single day by ensuring that we are fueling our bodies sufficiently by eating enough protein every single day!
We are doing this because most men do not consume enough protein and it is affecting them in negative ways.

How to know how much protein you should be consuming daily:
Here's the standard: 0.7–1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, daily. A 180 lb man should be eating somewhere between 130–180g a day — higher end if you're lifting weights or cutting fat, since protein preserves the muscle you've worked hard to build.
