Each month we are going to, as a group, select one thing that we will do every single day to push ourselves physically and mentally. I can guarantee you that there will be times where you feel like you aren't capable of what is being asked. That is exactly where you need to be to start. Because if it doesn't challenge you, then I can guarantee it won't change you! Buckle up fellas, you are about to be pushed beyond what you thought was possible.

The more you strive to become the FIT FATHER God made you to be the more you will realize that exercise and lifting weights are not negotiables. Sure you can be a good father and not workout but you can be a great father by putting in the effort to take care of yourself and be more present and patient as a result. Set the standard for your family by exercising through out each week and show your kids what benefits come from doing so.

What we put into our body directly reflects the gratitude, or lack there of, we have toward God for providing with this physical body. Your food is fuel for your body. Yes a calorie is a calorie, but just like fuel for your car there is a level of quality that can lead to longevity and durability later down the road. Just as I said with fitness, this is an opportunity for you to be your best self and set a standard for your family.
