Pricing is the one decision that affects everything else in your coaching business — who you attract, how many clients you need to hit your income target, and how you show up on a sales call.
Most coaches either underprice because they’re scared, or pick a number based on what someone else is charging. Neither is a strategy.
A few things I want to get into:
— What are you currently charging per month for 1:1 online coaching?
— Do you feel that number is right — too high, too low, or where it should be?
— What’s actually stopped you from charging more?
Be specific with the numbers. No judgment here.
