Hey guys I fxcked up yesterday- how do you create accountability?
No idea why I did this but after porridge, fruit nuts, I downed an entire large Dairy Milk bar.
I felt great most of the day and had an amazing run of the great outdoors with my fave music on.
I wasn't hungry when it came to dinner but I ate cus I had this voice saying "don't lose weight...don't get leaner". I ended up eating far too much and slept badly.
Any strategies for avoiding being a twxt? It's like a trap when it happens and I can't find the Off switch...
Also went to the gym and weighed in - after 7 days on no gym, I've somehow shed 3 kg. Depressed me! My goal is to be 90kg by December...and I was happy to have reached 80kg but now 77kg FFS! I've never been fat - and always felt too skinny and bad about it.
