I'm here to show you how to take simple, wholesome, plant-based, and gluten-free ingredients and transform them into enchanting, restaurant-quality feasts that leave your guests completely spellbound. No boring salads or bland substitutions here—just pure kitchen magic. To kick things off, here is a little peek at a feast I just hosted: Hearth-Spiced Forest Wedges (red cabbage slow-roasted over a bed of sweet orchard apples and cozy spices) and The Sunken Treasure Tart (a rich cashew-cocoa crust with dark chocolate ganache and caramelized oranges).
