Day 7 Morning check-in
I feel worse today health wise. So far no morning procrastination, because I had a work call straight away.
The main goal for today is create a good notion tracker for my clients. Yesterday I started the works with one girl, and I want to track her progress, as well as plan the trainings.
I find it hard to have only one main thing, givem I have so many areay to focus on, and a lot of things that I also have to do. Like my full time job is still the priority because it brings the money to the family. So I have to it. Therefore it feels like my main priority always should be a task from my work.
So "side quests"
  • finish preparation for the workshop (train the interactive sessions, read reports from a similar workshop).
  • order grocceries and plan meals (done)
  • Portuguese homework and lesson
  • Bugest tracker fill for February
Does anyone have an advise on how to work with a very full and busy life? How to identify that one main priority for a day given what feels like thousands of priority areas?
