A space to slow things down.
After around 20 years working as a remedial massage therapist, I’ve seen how much stress people carry in their bodies. It shows up as tightness, pain and fatigue, but the common thread is that most of us are living at a fast pace, and for many it’s hard to switch off.
Over the years I’ve explored how the body and nervous system work, along with meditation and mindfulness. What I’ve realised is that sometimes it’s not about doing more, it’s about learning how to slow down.
The Everyday Yin is a space for that.
Simple practices, short meditations, and practical ways to calm the nervous system and bring things back into balance.
Just small ways to feel a bit more at ease.
