The EQ Lab is a space to increase your emotional intelligence, build self-awareness, learn to handle difficult people, and develop emotional resilience. You will get access to all courses I have created, as well as all future courses, along with weekly group meetings on Fridays at 5:00 PM ET on Zoom.
This is the set time for our live sessions. If you cannot make it, replays will be available inside the group for 7 days. Between meetings, you’ll also be able to reach out directly to me with any questions you may have. I will respond to all questions/comments I receive from group members.
